A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 123 N. Fayetteville Street, Liberty, NC with Rev. Lisa Tanico officiating. A reception will follow the memorial service in the church fellowship hall. Clay was the daughter of the late John W. and Runa Clapp Curtis and was also preceded in death by her husband, Clarence "Buddy" Fogleman; two sisters, Frances Curtis Painter and Dorothy Curtis Fowler and brother, John W. Curtis. Surviving is her son, Dr. Chuck Fogleman and his wife, Patti of Colorado Springs, Colorado; niece, Jackie Whitt and her husband, Bill; nephews, John Curtis and wife, Claire, Jim Curtis and wife, Yan and an extended family of great-nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro, 2500 Summit Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27405.
